LipoMD is a growing medical practice that specializes in liposculpting and body contouring. We also have noninvasive services including injectables and laser treatments. Our nursing team specialize in procedures ranging from chemical peels and skin tightening.

Our unique menu of treatments help achieve each individual’s cosmetic goals. While our work speaks for itself, we find that our clients leave ecstatic and excited to share their experiences with others.

Compensation/Time Expectations

Full-Time 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with some rotating Saturdays.

Compensation will commensurate with experience, along with other perks that make this a unique opportunity for the right person. There will be a 90 day probationary period for performance.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet clients with a warm, friendly, demeanor - being the face & voice of LIPOMD.
Sell plastic surgery procedures through contacting a high number of warm patient prospects daily. Selling to prospective patients through extensive phone conversations and live consultations.
Managing and scheduling procedures for all patients
Managing and feeling comfortable collecting down payments and final balances prior to procedure.
Discuss surgical procedures with consults.
Coordinating patient financing options and maintaining accurate records.
Provide exceptional service - build relationships with clientele
Possess strong understanding and knowledge of all of treatments and products
Assisting with social media and content creation for social media accounts.
Proactively identify maintenance issues and address immediately to the appropriate channels
Maintain cleanliness and ambiance
Maintain clear communication with management about operations
Work alongside surgeons, nurses and team members to build an exceptional client experience

**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in a customer facing role, working in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of experience in managing and growing existing accounts
Using your outside sales experience to prospect and develop new business
Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customers
Making cold calls to prospective customers
Utilizing sales reports and other data to recognize sales opportunities in customer buying patterns
Previous medical office experience and/or sales experience required
Proven track record providing over-the-top customer service
A “no job too small” entrepreneurial attitude
Must be adapt at promoting products and services
Strong communication skills
Able to adhere to LipoMD protocols and policies
Teamwork oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude
Flexibility, dependability, punctuality, and able to show empathy
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Able to maintain professionalism in the workplace
