Client Project Manager

(Full Time, Permanent & Hybrid Position in Montreal)

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Project Manager with strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills to engage with our international clientele. This hybrid position requires being present in our Montreal office once or twice a week.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
As the face, voice, and ears of Sherpa, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our clients' projects. Responsibilities include:

- Owning operational executive relationships with customers, partners, and internal contacts to further their project.
- Managing client expectations and addressing concerns effectively.
- Collaborating closely with all stakeholders to ensure objectives are understood and achieved.
- Maintaining tight schedules and diligently following up on deliverables and key milestones.
- Monitoring project roadmaps and time budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they arise.
- Maximizing efficiency and enhancing processes to improve quality.
- Nurturing strong client relationships through regular communication to ensure satisfaction.
- Contributing to account growth and renewal discussions.
- Providing comprehensive debriefs to clients and internal teams on spending, KPIs, and recommendations.

**Your Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Project Management Certification is a significant asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (required for client interactions).
- Proficient in French is essential.
- Proficiency in Teamwork is a plus.
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally (valid passport required).
- Experience in the conference and trade show industry is a plus.
- Background in IT, SaaS, web, or mobile technology is advantageous.

- Gérer les attentes et les préoccupations de votre client de manière efficace.
- Collaborer étroitement avec toutes les parties prenantes pour s'assurer que tous les objectifs sont bien compris et atteints.
- Maintenir des calendriers stricts et suivre rigoureusement les livrables et les étapes clés.
- Surveiller les feuilles de route de projet et les budgets temporels pour garantir une livraison dans les délais.
- Identifier proactivement et résoudre les problèmes potentiels avant qu'ils ne surviennent.
- Maximiser l'efficacité et améliorer les processus pour rehausser la qualité.
- Entretenir des relations solides avec les clients par le biais d'une communication régulière pour assurer leur satisfaction.
