Big League Food Company is a platform where the next generation of beloved food brands wins. This role supports all of our current brands in our central manufacturing site, including Village Juicery, Dark Horse Espresso, Detour Coffee, Dear Grain Bakery, and Tori’s Bakeshop.

Big League Food Company is seeking a Full time Purchasing Analyst. We are looking for an organized person who can multitask. Someone with great analytical and communication skills to support our team.

**About the role**

The Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies necessary for the production process. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to maintain seamless production operations. This role will process and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the supply chain.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Procurement, source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
- Track orders and coordinate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding order status, changes, or cancellations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Generate regular reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and inventory status.
- Work closely with the production team to understand material requirements and production schedules.
- Liaise with quality assurance to ensure all materials meet food safety and quality standards

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of customer service or purchasing experience.
- Good to have experience with fishbowl

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- High level of accuracy and detail with error-free orders.
- Ability to understand current tools in detail and use them efficiently.

**Pay & Schedule**
- Salary Range: $35,000 to $40,000 (Plus Tips)
- Shift Time : 8 am to 4 pm
- Schedule : Monday to Friday
