**Department: Inpatient Rehabilitative Care Services**

**Site: St. Joseph's Hospital**

**Shifts: Evenings including weekends**

**Rate of Pay: $50.37 - $55.17 per hour**

**Reporting to the Director - Inpatient Rehabilitative Care Services, the Clinical Resource Coordinator is responsible for the clinical and operational supervision of care delivery at St. Joseph's Hospital during non-business hours. The Coordinator will endeavor to ensure the Hospital goals and objectives are met, while creating an environment that supports the Mission, Vision and Values of St. Joseph's Care Group (SJCG).**

**Qualifications***:
***

**Education/Experience**:

- **Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree required**:

- **Significant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role**:

- **Minimum of five years of clinical experience in a hospital setting**:

- **Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience**:

- **Current BCLS certification**

- **Strong leadership skills, sound clinical judgment, critical thinking and decision making skills**:

- **Ability to facilitate collaboration, cooperation and coalitions to support effective team work**:

- **Demonstrated conflict resolution skills**:

- **Knowledgeable about hospital policy and procedure, goals, objectives and standards**:

- **Demonstrated regular attendance at work**

- **Postgraduate degree in a related health care field an asset**:

- **Experience in physical rehabilitation and complex care clinical areas an asset**
