1 ‐ Part Time (.4) ‐ Clinical Coordinator

Rad Oncol Rad Therapy Training

(This position will be combined with another MRT(T) position up to 1.0 FTE)
Reporting to the Manager, Radiation Therapy, the incumbent is a Medical Radiation Technologist ‐Radiation

(MRT(T)) member of clinical staff appointed by the clinical site (TBRHSC) and Michener to fulfill an administrative

and coordination role for the student's clinical education at the clinical site. The clinical coordinator will work closely

with all levels of clinical staff to effectively integrate student activities into the routine of the clinical environment. The

Clinical Coordinator will work with, teach, or supervise students during their clinical placements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of recognized Radiation Therapy program with membership in the College of Medical Radiation
Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO) and the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)

  • Excellent communication, observational skills and proven mathematical and technical ability
  • Experience in education program planning, development, delivery and evaluation
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders and learner populations
  • Proven coaching skills, evaluating the development of staff and providing appropriate feedback
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage effectively with competing priorities

Salary Range:
$36.645 to 49.990
