The Position

As part of the Employment & Training team, and under the direct supervisor of the Client Services Manager, the Client Services Liaison will liaise with external employers and support partners, assist in Personal Development Coach supervision and be a main contact for Secure Certificate of Indian Status cards.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand the vision, mission, and objectives of BATC Employment & Training. Our purpose is to decrease dependency, with strong community presence, delivering client-based programs or services
- Deliver and promote the ONE STOP MODEL: ASSESS, TRAIN & EMPLOY, to clients, communities, Leadership, staff, and partnerships. Will attend meetings and host in services to communicate model
- Work under the direction of Pre-Employment Supports (PES) and Social Assistance Employment & Training (SAET) program
- Understand ISC Social Development policies
- Manage PES/SAET Financial statements, general ledger, and reporting
- Ensure services, program delivery and placement are being met
- Assist with supervision of Personal Development Coaches
- Collaborating with on reserve and off reserve services
- Liaise with external employer and support partners to provide better services to clients
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of ONE STOP CONCEPT: DECREASE DEPENDENCY, THRU ASSESS, TRAIN AND EMPLOY
- Knowledge of BATC & BATC Employment & Training policies, structures, procedures, services, goal, and objectives (Strategic Plan)
- Ability to handle high stress tasks, client assessment, family information, barriers
- Ability to handle many projects simultaneously, prioritizing task and completing on schedule
- Experience in case management, Partnership’s engagement/creation, and supervision/delivery of programs
- Knowledge of computer systems: database, excel, word, publisher and power point
- Ability to analyze and interpret findings, and concisely summarize
- Good communication skills: oral, verbal and written
- Salary starting is $44,557.80 - $50,150.20 per annum based on education & experience
