IT Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Support add/move/change requests - including desktops/laptops/MACs, network/label printers (SATO), phones and other peripherals.
- Perform regular clean-up of computer users’ accounts in Active Directory and Distribution Lists.
- Leading investigations/troubleshooting when a problem does not yet have known mitigations or solutions, including hardware, software or configuration issues. Identifying network issues and escalating to the Senior IT Specialist.
- Provides preventive and corrective maintenance of workstation and software programs.
- Administer and maintain inventory of all technical equipment, software and supplies.
- Create and maintain documentation for the support and use of all IT devices related technology.

**Required skills and/or experience**:

- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 and Mac OSX.
- Solid experience of Microsoft office suite, Office 365 (PC and Mac).
- Experience with Adobe products.
- Solid experience in PC/Laptop and MAC hardware/software installations and issue resolutions.
- Solid experience with Active Directory management.
- Intermediate knowledge in mobile smartphones, iPhone, Galaxy, Blackberry, etc.
- Handling remote users (VPN, RDP etc).
- Experience in troubleshooting related to networks, internet connectivity, operating systems and data.
- Demonstrated experience with WiFi networks.
- Solid working experience in installing and integrating new hardware.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and debugging IT systems.
- Must have the ability to work in team environment and independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities. excellent organizational and time management skills.
