Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview

How You’ll Succeed- Strong strategic mindset: Support the Client Engagement team in creating market leading experiences across acquisition and post-acquisition journeys with an end-to-end client-centric lens. Help design initiatives and client engagement strategies to improve product and feature usage, increase depth of client relationship, increase primary deposit relationships and reduce account attrition.- Process improvement: Enhance and streamline current end-to-end acquisition processes across all channels (e.g., banking centre, telephone banking, digital, and assisted channels) to provide a frictionless experience and drive account growth.- Strong partnership development: Support our Deposit Product teams (Everyday Banking, Savings, GICs) and build key relationships with Digital, Risk, Technology and Channel partners on strategic initiatives to design and deliver new functionality and engagement strategies for deposit products.- A Purpose mindset: Think critically and creatively to deliver new experiences that create wins for our clients, our employees (e.g., simplify processes) and our bank (e.g., reduce risk, increase efficiency). Be an active part of the Personal Deposits team and help lead a mindset shift from ‘managing products’ to ‘owning brand experiences’.
