**Job Type**:
Part-Time

Salary based on Experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter invoices for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process and recording Credit card payment transactions and issuing cheques.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as answering the phone, data entry, sending invoice reminders, filing paperwork, mail, etc.
- Bank deposits
- Inputting Teams hours on a weekly basic
- Generating reports and statements for internal use
- Maintaining consistent communication with Accountant.
- Maintaining accurate records of petty cash
- Any additional administrative duties requested by Owners.

**Qualifications**:

- Able to manage and build strong relationships with internal team members.
- Experience in QuickBooks an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise,
- Ability to work efficiently with little supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills-.
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role an asset.
- Proven accounting skills an asset.
- Must have own transportation for mail and banking, mileage paid.

**Education**
- Post secondary education with a certificate or degree in accounting an asset.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
