We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient vehicle maintenance.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Estimate costs and time needed for repairs
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or products as needed
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Handle cash transactions and process payments

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in automotive repair or dealership setting is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in upselling products or services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $31,655.65-$69,903.13 per year

**Experience**:
