**PDI Bulk is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator in Varennes, QC**

**What you’ll do as the Regulatory Compliance coordinator**:

- Maintain Compliance documentation
- Coordinate Training
- Coordinate various inspections
- Participating in accident and incident investigations, root cause analysis, follow-up, and closure of action items
- Scheduling Safety Meetings
- Oversee Driver Background checks, Pre-employment Medical Screening, Previous Employer Release of Information, etc., in coordination and conjunction with HR and Operations Personnel
- Maintain Driver Qualification files including onboarding and Drivers' training/orientation documents
- Manage, develop, and implement company policies in accordance with new DOT Compliance Programs and MTO Regulations
- Proficiently performing log auditing for each driver to make sure they are in comply with hours of service for DOT & MTO
- Manage and supervise all truck and trailer related documents, authorities, permits, and plates
- Analyse and generate reports as required to meet Federal, State and Provincial Trucking Compliance Reports, Licensing, Truck Registrations, etc.
- Monitor and enforce Drug and Alcohol program
- Manage and monitor claims, disputing violations & tickets
- Perform other administrative and general regulatory compliance tasks as they arise
- Champion the company’s safety culture

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Regulatory Compliance (Transportation, Environmental, H&S, etc.)
- Relevant College diploma preferred, but will prioritize based on experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency - excellent MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point skills, must be comfortable with new software and interfaces
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be bilingual 100% fluent in English and French (read, speak, write)
- Strong organizational skills

**Physical Requirements**
- Must be able to safely walk-up stairs (e.g. office and truck racks), ascend and descend ladders (e.g. tankers, etc.) and work outdoors
- Very good physical mobility to do equipment inspections including loading/unloading connections
- Normal physical strength to handle conditions of rough trucking field operations
