**Job Summary**

The restaurant server will be responsible for maintaining a positive work environment in ROMEOs Kitchen + Spirits and high customer service standards. Restaurant servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. At all times servers are making guests feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

**Hard Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-year experience in similar position
- General math knowledge
- Serving it Right certification
- Has a full knowledge of all food and beverage items produced and sold from ROMEOs
- Ensures presentation of all food meets and exceeds ROMEOs standards for freshness, appearance and consistency when running food
- Balance all cash and charges at the end of every shift and complete cash drops with supervisor in accordance to ROMEOs protocol
- Protects the establishment by adhering to strict policies on serving alcohol
- Must be committed to maintaining high customer service standards
- Completion of ROMEOs Kitchen + Spirits WorkSafe training
- On time for all shifts ready to work at scheduled times
