**Job Title: Administration Associate**
**Location: Thorold, ONT.**
**Reports To: Superintendent**
**Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibilities and focus for the Administrative Associate will be to work alongside and support the Operations team with administrative and accounting tasks.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met; ability to work in fast paced environment
- Results oriented with the ability to handle many tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance all while focused on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and across multiple teams

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
