**Job Description**:
As a Network administrator for the Information Technology Department, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the business objectives of providing an exceptional experience adapted to the latest trends to each customer enabled through technology. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of all IT network systems related to the infrastructure and security domain while respecting confidentiality, integrity and availability.

**How will you support the team?**
- Provides network support to users with a variety of operating systems.
- Assists in network design and implementation.
- Installs and configures computer network equipment, including managing the permissions.
- Maintains network connectivity of all computer workstations.
- Develops and monitors policies for the use of network resources.
- Implements and manages disaster recovery and back-up.
- Evaluates and recommends security improvements and system upgrades.
- Tests release of products to minimize user impact and ensure compatibility.
- Troubleshoots and resolves support and non-support related issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Recognizes advanced technical issues and engages the proper support channels and stakeholders.
- Manages work/call flow in an attempt to proper resolve and manage assigned tickets.

**Qualifications**:
**The people who thrive with us have**:

- 5+ years in IT Network/System Administration
- Good knowledge of Infrastructure and Storage networks, VMWare ESXi and backup technologies relevant to their integrity and availability
- Knowledge of the following is an asset: Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, Cisco switching technologies.
- Knowledge of Web based certificates and their installation
- Extensive experience in examining, investigating and solving dynamic problems
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work with mínimal supervision
- Bilingualism (French and English)
