TIS Logistiques is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Clerk for our warehouse in Pointe Claire. This position is to work in the Transportation industry and requires a minimum of one year Transportation experience.

This clerk position will work in the front office and will act as the main link between the transportation company and one of its main clients. Duties would be as follows:
Computer system is AS400
- Daily verification of what trailers have arrived and arrange for unloading
- Keeping track of inbound and outbound trailers
- Entering drivers into system and creating manifests
- Entering pick ups into system
- Quoting specific customers
- Arranging billing corrections
- Working with Dispatch to facilitate pick ups and deliveries
- Tracing shipments
- Working on OS&D
- assisting in retrieving missing paperwork or information from shippers
- Submitting daily exception reports
- Working on wrong homes or refused shipment returned to warehouse.
- submitting daily missed pick up reports.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1 years experience in Transport industry relevant experience
- Bilingual
- Experience with AS400
- Capable of working in a team environment
- Capable of working in a high pressure environment

**WORKING HOUR**S: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

**SALARY**: Competitive salary based on experience. Benefit plan after 3 months

- TIS Logistiques recrute actuellement pour un commis au service à la clientèle pour notre entrepôt de Pointe Claire. Ce poste consiste à travailler dans l'industrie du transport et nécessite un minimum d'un an d'expérience en transport.

Ce poste de commis travaillera au bureau et servira de lien principal entre la société de transport et l’un de ses principaux clients. Les fonctions seraient les suivantes:
Le système informatique est AS400
- Vérification quotidienne des remorques arrivées et organisation du déchargement
- Garder un registre des remorques entrantes et sortantes
- Saisie des chauffeurs dans le système et création de manifestes
- Saisie des ramassages dans le système
- Devis pour des clients spécifiques
- Organiser les corrections de facturation
- Travailler avec Dispatch pour faciliter les ramassages et les livraisons
- Traçage des expéditions
- Répondre aux appels et aux courriels
- Travailler sur OS&D
- aider à récupérer les documents ou les renseignements manquants auprès des expéditeurs
- Envoi de rapports d’exception quotidiens
- Travailler sur de mauvaises adresses de livraison ou les expéditions retournées à l’entrepôt.
- soumettre des rapports quotidiens de ramassage manqué.

**EXIGENCES**
- Minimum 1 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du transport expérience pertinente
- Bilingue
- Expérience avec AS400
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement d’équipe
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement à haute pression

**HEURES DE TRAVAIL**: Lundi - Vendredi 8h30 - 17h00

**SALAIRE**: Salaire compétitif basé sur l’expérience. Régime d’avantages sociaux après 3 mois
