Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Shipper/Receiver.

What You Will Do
- Deliver best-in-class service to our customers
- Package and ship outbound tool repairs daily
- Receive incoming tool repairs daily
- Data Entry as it applies to signing in repairs
- Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements
- Maintain clean, safe, warehouse environment
- Continuously develop and maintain a strong product knowledge

- Must possess effective business communication skills, initiative, and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a fast paced enviroment
- Outgoing - excels in end-user engagement and conflict resolutions

- Reach truck/forklift experience
- Team-oriented and also be capable of working independently
