**Position Summary**
Media Experts IPG Inc. is looking for additional administrative support for the Media Finance Operations team. We are actively seeking one full-time
**Media Finance**
**Operations Coordinator** who will be responsible for supporting the team with the reconciliation of media campaigns. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this employee’s key responsibilities will include:

**Service**
Administrative support regarding campaign reconciliation and invoice coding.

**Key Responsibilities**-ü Confirm under deliveries with the planners for Media Experts and SBUs in Asana
ü Resolve campaign debits with the planners that are not in accordance with the media contract/Insertion Order through Asana.
ü Code media invoices with Insertion Order Numbers and transfer to Shared Services for uploading, processing and payment
ü Actualizing campaign deliveries as per reporting or invoicing.

ü Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel (minimum vlookup & Pivot Tables)
