Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at AutoJobsApply Inc. located in Toronto, ON. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for creating a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Assist in the development and updating of customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer service experience.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
