**Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead the demand planning process for respective portfolio, collaborating with product management, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to gather and analyze data, trends, and market intelligence.**:

- ** Develop demand forecasts and implement statistical models to accurately project product demand across multiple brands and customer segments.**:

- ** Collaborate with external parties to coordinate demand planning efforts and foster strong working relationships.**:

- ** Continuously monitor and refine forecasting methodologies, leveraging historical data, market trends, and predictive analytics to improve accuracy and efficiency.**:

- ** Collaborate with supply planning and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply with anticipated demand to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.**:

- ** Conduct regular demand planning reviews and provide insightful analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.**:

- ** Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective communication and alignment between demand planning, product management, finance, and supply chain teams.**:

- ** Develop and maintain demand planning metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and performance analysis to management.**:

- ** Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in demand planning, and leverage that knowledge to drive continuous improvement.**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with external parties, cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to stakeholders.**:

- ** Proficiency in utilizing advanced Excel functions, experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.**:

- ** Proven track record of successfully managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.**:

- ** Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.**:

- ** Forecasting and Statistical skills required.**

**Salary Range: $60,700 - $124,400**

**Basic Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or Supply Chain Management**:

- ** 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, or Supply Planning required.**:
