**Manager's Assistant cum Immigration Consultant Assistant**

Manager Assistant:

- Assist the company manager in daily office management and work coordination;
- Responsible for manager's schedule, document organization and information screening;
- Planning and organizing internal and external meetings of the company, providing relevant meeting support.

Immigration Consultant Assistant:

- Providing professional customer service, answering questions, solving problems and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the entire immigration process.
- Assist clients with the translation of documents, if required, to ensure accuracy.

**Tenure Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Mandarin is required.
- College degree or above, majoring in management, immigration and law is preferred.
- Ability to organize and coordinate, able to complete tasks independently.
- Proficiency in using office software and strong text editing skills.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Familiarity with Canadian immigration regulations and processes.
- Business Travel is required.
- Fluent in Cantonese is an asset.
- Valid Class G license is an asset.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $16.55-$33.75 per hour
