**TEMPORARY VACANCY***

**One (1) Temporary Part-time (0.60 FTE, 21 hours/week) Secondary Secretary (12 months per year)***

**LOCATION**:Georgian Bay Community School (Meaford)

**SUPERVISOR**: Kevin Wilson, Principal

End dates for all temporary vacancies will end early if incumbent returns or circumstances change.

**DUTIES AND

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
General office duties and other tasks as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**AND**
**EXPERIENCE***:

- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.

**ASSETS**:
- Knowledge and experience with the Student Information System or other information system would be an asset.-
- A high aptitude in computer operations and skill in the use of Microsoft Word.-
- Strong oral and written communication skills.-
- Knowledge of office procedures and the use of office equipment.-
- Applicant must be a willing team player, able to work independently, and be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks.**Application Process**:
