Fundraiser Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities, utilizing databases and market analysis.
- Manage donor relationships through effective customer service, ensuring timely communication and acknowledgment of contributions.
- Utilize Raiser Edge or similar fundraising software to track donations, manage donor information, and generate reports.
- Organize fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to engage the community and raise awareness of our cause.
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling marketing materials that promote fundraising efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary for optimal results.
**Skills**
- Strong research skills to identify potential funding sources and analyze market trends.
- Proficiency in Raiser Edge or similar database management systems for tracking donations and donor engagement.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with donors and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in achieving goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective storytelling and engagement with diverse audiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
