McCain Foods (Canada) is currently looking for a **FT Packaging Monitor** to join the Packaging Team.

**Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for the accurate completion of all related documentation and HACCP system procedures for the Production areas
- Must maintain all required documentation and check sheets (codes, seals, metal detector checks, etc.) for all Packaging lines
- Responsible for following all safety requirements as discussed during orientation
- Maintaining a neat work area, as well as a daily housekeeping report of the area
- Responsible for identification and reporting of quality issues (such as bad back seal, incorrect codes, etc.)
- All additional duties as they become assigned
- Participate in Team meetings, as required
- Filling out paperwork and entering data on computer accurately and efficiently
- Communicate any changes, issues, etc. to other operators.
- Must be able to work shifts on a rotating basis
- Ensure SQCDPE targets are met by understanding and goal setting of KPI’s
- Must follow “Good Manufacturing Practices” (GMP’s)

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or GED would be considered an asset
- Basic computer skills would be an asset
- Ability to work well with plant supervision and production employees
- Team player with excellent attendance
- Successful completion of 90-day training period
- Ability to accept and embrace change in the day-to-day operations
