**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a Site Superintendent (Commercial) to join our commercial tenant improvement team. This role is located on site and reports to the Principal. The Site Superintendent (Commercial) will perform a variety of duties including but not limited to:
Managing and supervising all construction site activities on a commercial tenant improvement project. General responsibilities include providing supervision of construction staff and sub-trade staff, providing safety leadership, contributing to the advancement of the construction schedule, and identifying deficiencies or issues.

Maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient commercial tenant improvement job site, while ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Contributing to a culture of professional project delivery by establishing behavioural guidelines, best practices, and a system of accountability.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Experience and Education**

Demonstrated progressive experience in general contracting as a superintendent in commercial tenant improvement

Trade background in carpentry and/or Gold Seal Certification is considered an asset

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

High energy with a positive attitude

Well-developed and adaptable communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrates solid judgement regarding sensitive information

Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Familiarity with MS Project and SiteMax is an asset
