Project Coordinator

Halifax, Canada EOH Systems Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and organize all aspects of assigned construction and renovation projects, including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
- Work closely with the project manager to establish project timelines, budgets, and project plans.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication throughout the project.
- Provide timely and accurate project progress updates to the project manager and team members.
- Track project milestones and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
- Support the project manager and team members in identifying and resolving issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Ensure that all safety and quality standards are adhered to throughout the project.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination in the construction or renovation industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the construction industry.

**Salary**: $41,500.00-$52,000.00 per year
