Line Cook Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Memorize recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes
- Prepare ingredients and components of each dish on our menu in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of the kitchen, rotating products as need
- Ability to work as a team to execute orders at a high-volume restaurant
- Following kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Ensuring a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace always

Qualifications & Skills
- Line Cook Experience a must, minimum 1 year
- Safe Food Handling Certificate required & High School Diploma/ GED required
- Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time on a regular basis

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
