iA is looking for an Advisor, Employee Experience to support programs that make a difference in the careers of over 9,000 employees.

You will be part of an employee experience team dedicated to implementing our flexible work environment, supporting the company’s cultural evolution and various major projects to create a distinctive employee experience.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Develop and implement a corporate strategy for non-monetary recognition, having done the following in parallel:

- Contribute to an inventory of the existing recognition initiatives at iA
- Promote the harmonization of monetary and non-monetary recognition policies
- Simplify our references in relation to Culture:

- Inventory the types of behaviours that exist in the various iA business units and on our different platforms
- Propose and implement a transition plan to simplify the existing references
- Create and facilitate a “Culture Lab” or “Culture Committee”:

- Define the _Culture Lab_’s goals and working methods
- Define the profiles and roles of its participants
- Establish and support the _Culture Lab_
- Coordinate how ideas generated and approved by the _Culture Lab _are adopted
- In parallel with Talent and Culture business partners, create a “network” of contacts in various business units and work in close collaboration with them to account for everyone’s cultural specificities
- Monitor market best practices in line with your mandates

**Desired profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration or another related field
- 6-8 years of HR experience
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Experience managing recognition and employee experience programs is an asset
- Interest in and ability to work within matrix teams
- Excellent command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with French
- and English-speaking colleagues, including senior management
