Who You Are:
As our Marketing & SEO Specialist, you are a proactive, adaptable, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will play a crucial and hands-on role in finding opportunities to grow our brand recognition and engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies and tactics, keeping pace with industry standards and trends, creating compelling static, video and photo content for our website and social media, including best in class video content of our upcoming listings.

What You Will Do:

- Analyze, review and implement changes to the Wright Sisters Group website to optimize search engine visibility and website performance and ranking, producing measurable results;
- Conduct keyword research, work with our blog post writer to create relevant articles and secure backlinks from relevant third party websites, action areas that need improvement including bounce rates and Google indexing results ;
- Interpret and report on search engine analytics;
- Develop and implement a content strategy for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and followers;
- Recommend and execute paid advertising campaigns to boost Social and Website engagement, analyze and report on results
- Organize and conduct photoshoots for new property listings, ensuring high-quality visuals that highlight the unique features of each property;
- Film, edit, and produce videos for property listings, promotional materials, and other marketing campaigns;
- Create engaging content that showcases our office culture, team events, and behind-the-scenes activities;
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all marketing materials align with current listings and sales strategies;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in real estate marketing, SEO and social media to keep our brand at the forefront.

What You Have:

- Proven experience in search engine optimization, with measured results (required);
- Thorough understanding of website development and management (required);
- Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Suite Software (required);
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Good communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
- 1+ years in a marketing related role (preferred);
- 1+ years of work experience in photography, video editing and social media content creation (preferred);
- Diploma or degree in marketing, media, advertising, or related fields (preferred);
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a bonus.
