CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Retail Store Manager - Sturgeon Falls, ON

We are searching for an individual with a clear retail vision, who shares our passion for our products and our commitment to satisfying the ever-changing needs of our customers. As a Retail Manager it will be your job to create a positive customer service focused experience. You will play an important role in ensuring that a new shopping experience is promoted to our customers as well as manage continuous optimization of overall store performance. Additionally, you will create an environment that will encourage innovation.

**The ideal applicant will have**:

- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of operations experience in a Retail environment; experience with TBS/BDL is preferred
- Proven leadership ability to effectively manage a team of direct reports; previous unionized experience preferred
- Completion of the Beer Store’s High Potential Program (HPP) at TBS preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment and dedication to customer service
- The ability to make sound decisions in a timely fashion
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills
- You are expected to follow and enforce with staff all company and legislated health and safety procedures and must use all PPE provided
- The availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to succeed in this role
- Perform other related duties as assigned
