About Us: We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that offers a cutting-edge compliance software to mid-size companies around the world. Our mission is to help our clients achieve and maintain compliance with ease, while improving their operational efficiency. We have a highly talented and dedicated team, and we are looking for a Director of Marketing to join us and drive our growth to the next level. We recently completed our fifth acquisition and are now strategically positioned for rapid growth.

Help us 10x revenues in 5 years.

Location: Montreal with Hybrid option

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels
- Contribute feedback and information to help improve marketing strategy
- Measure success of marketing efforts
- Improve brand ranking by at least 40%
- Execute PR and obtain mainstream media coverage of the company

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing,...).
- 10+ years of experience in growth and revenue roles, with a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS businesses.
- Strong understanding of the compliance software industry, and familiarity with the regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using data to inform growth and revenue decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

Principales responsabilités:

- Mettre en œuvre et exécuter notre stratégie de marketing à travers de multiples canaux.
- Contribuer à la rétroaction et à l'information pour aider à améliorer la stratégie de marketing
- Mesurer le succès des efforts de marketing
- Améliorer le classement de la marque d'au moins 40%.
- Mettre en œuvre les relations publiques et obtenir une couverture médiatique générale de l'entreprise.

Exigences:

- Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (p. ex. affaires, marketing, etc.).
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions liées à la croissance et au chiffre d'affaires, avec une expérience confirmée dans le développement d'entreprises SaaS B2B.
- Forte compréhension de l'industrie des logiciels de conformité et familiarité avec les réglementations et les normes de l'industrie.
- Excellentes capacités de réflexion stratégique, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership, de gestion d'équipe et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Forte capacité d'analyse et d'exploitation des données, avec une expérience de l'utilisation des données pour éclairer les décisions relatives à la croissance et au chiffre d'affaires.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation, avec la capacité d'articuler des idées complexes à des publics divers.
