**APERÇU DU POSTE**:
L'équipe des services sur le terrain est chargée de fournir des services d'installation, de maintenance et de réparation aux clients commerciaux et résidentiels. En tant qu'étudiant technicien d'été chez ONTERA, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour assurer une livraison fiable des services de télécommunications à nos clients commerciaux et résidentiels. Vous installerez, entretiendrez et réparerez les services Internet sans fil et Internet haute vitesse, la téléphonie résidentielle et les services de communications d'affaires. Mettez vos excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle en action lorsque vous fournissez une assistance et des conseils directs et répondez aux demandes des clients concernant nos produits et services de classe mondiale.
