- A regular part-time position** **is available in our Corporate Services Division for an administrative support professional to join our dynamic, service-focused team. The Council Support Clerk will work closely with our Council Liaison/Support Officer to provide exceptional support services to District Council, including: meeting scheduling and calendar management, meeting preparation, distribution of communications and informational materials, expense report processing, conference booking/coordination, correspondence management and other administrative tasks as required. You will also play an important back-up role to the Council Liaison/Support Officer ensuring continuity of service during periods of absence. As time permits you will support other Corporate Services groups, including our Clerks department with a variety of administrative tasks related to the work. Occasional evening work may be required with advanced notice.**Qualifications**:

**Salary**: The pay range for this unionized position is $29.48 - $34.63 per hour (2024 rates)***

**Hours of Work**: Based on a 21-hour workweek. Hours of work will vary between 7:00am - 5:00pm contingent on meeting scheduling.**Apply**:
