We have increased system sales in the last four years from less than $50mm to over $750mm.Our current portfolio of 22 brands includes Milestones Grill & Bar, Second Cup Café, Pita Pit, La Belle et La Boeuf, and Rôtisseries Benny.

**Milestones is looking for serving staff for our Pointe-Claire location**

We're looking for enthusiastic people with strong communication skills who love providing guests with exceptional service - and having a bit of fun while doing it

**The responsibilities of a Server include**:

- Demonstrates knowledge of our menu in a passionate and genuine manner
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in hospitality
- Team oriented and communicates in a positive and professional manner
- Confidence and willingness to learn
- Takes pride in our food and beverage programs

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an upscale dining environment
- Understanding of wines and cocktails
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibits customer-centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates warm, friendly, and positive, team-oriented approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $12.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 5J2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
- ProServe (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
