**Quorum is currently looking for a Product Communications Specialist to join our growing team.**
**THE COMPANY**
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage all communications related to our products such as value proposition, positioning, and messaging.
- Development marketing campaigns to increase product awareness.
- Develop and capture key metrics related to product marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on all campaign related initiatives.
- Contribute to content creation such as case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts, and product demonstration frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on go-to-market initiatives, product launch, and product sales initiatives.
- Serve as primary administrator on all marketing related platforms such as Salesforce, Constant Contact, LetsSignIt etc. Responsible for configuration, data integrity, and effectiveness.
- Create marketing automation workflows to move leads along the buyers’ journey.
- Keep internal stakeholders up to date with product marketing initiatives.
- Conduct Market Research pertaining to our products and competitor's, understand industry trends and identify opportunities.
- Keep current with Quorum’s product offering, industry trends, market fit, and competitive landscape.
- Align, support, and reinforce the Quorum brand, positioning, and value through all initiatives.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree in the marketing or communications an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of communications experience, preferably in product communications.
- Knowledge of Quorum’s products an asset.
- Knowledge of Salesforce an asset.
- Ability to project manage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in data management and report creation.
- A dynamic, diligent, and effective influencer with a can-do attitude to exercise initiative and handle several tasks and changing priorities.
- A strong communicator with established communications experience who can effectively connect, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Office 365.
