**Job Title**: Inventory Coordinator

**Location**: Concord, Ontario

**Terms**:Permanent Full-Time

**Shift Time**: Weekdays (8:00am to 4:30pm)

**Salary**:Competitive, based on experience

**Reports To**: Inventory Manager

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining an inventory control system that tracks inventory, ensures that inventory is used efficiently, and tracks inventory consumption.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving products and processing orders into the inventory program
- Verifying inventory quantities for customers
- Daily reporting to customers
- On-going verbal and written communication with clients
- Working directly with the warehouse team for receipts and order picking to ensure inventory accuracy

**Professional & Educational Background**:

- 3+ years Inventory experience, preferably in a 3PL warehouse setting
- Working knowledge of inventory programs and MS Office
- Experience working with RF Scanners
- Knowledge of ISO standards would be considered an asset
