**Le rôle**:
Nous recherchons un spécialiste du support client pour rejoindre notre équipe de réussite client en pleine expansion Ce rôle requiert une personne passionnée par l'aide et le soutien aux individus. Vous manifestez un vif intérêt pour la résolution de problèmes et l'assistance à nos clients, que ce soit pour résoudre des problèmes techniques simples ou des défis complexes. Vous êtes capable de répondre de manière réfléchie, précise et rapide aux demandes des clients. De plus, vous êtes motivé à collaborer avec le reste de l'équipe de réussite client pour améliorer l'expérience client et faire de Push une entreprise centrée sur le client.

**Responsabilités**:
- Répondre en toute confiance aux questions posées par le client, fournir des conseils et résoudre de manière proactive le prochain défi du client;
- Résoudre les problèmes techniques des produits en alignement avec notre équipe chargée du produit;
- Contribuer à la base de connaissances pour des ressources libre-service de qualité;
- Maintenir l'excellence et atteindre les objectifs trimestriels avec une obsession pour aider les clients à réussir.
**Compétences et qualifications requises**
- Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle de service/support client, de préférence dans un environnement SaaS.
- Bilingue anglais-français.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, organisationnelles et de communication.
- Vous êtes un auditeur actif, avec la capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients et à déployer des stratégies appropriées.
- Solides compétences en communication verbale ; capable de vous exprimer de manière claire, concise et empathique.
- À l'aise avec le multitâche et capable de prioriser dans un environnement dynamique.
- Capacité à faire preuve de diplomatie, de tact et d'assurance sous pression lorsque vous résolvez les problèmes des clients.
- Une véritable passion pour le support client et le rôle qu'il joue dans la réussite d'une équipe centrée sur le client.
- À l’aise avec l’utilisation de logiciels et l’adoption de nouvelles technologies.
- Ouverture d'esprit pour savoir quand vous avez besoin d'aide et ne pas avoir peur de la demander.
- Avoir de l’expérience avec Zendesk ou un système de tickets similaire est un bonus.
