- Document repair processes, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve repair processes.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure tools are in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
