Information Technology Technician - Full-Time Position
Under the direction of the Manager of Information Technology, the Information Technology Technician is responsible for ensuring Board IT equipment is kept in proper and safe operating condition by: diagnosing problems and facilitating hardware repairs and maintenance on computer and audio visual systems, identifying and rectifying hazards that may pose risks to people's safety, coordinating installation of new IT equipment, responding to inquires for technical assistance, communicating with product vendors, and managing the IT shop.
