We are looking for a IT Development Lead to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Development & Delivery, the IT Development Lead is responsible to lead a team of new to senior developers, providing consultation and collaboration across the team, and within the broader IT group.

What you’ll do:

- Lead and mentor a team of Developers including managing deliverables and performance of individual team members.
- Proficient in C# (or other coding languages), develop, maintain and review software code using object-oriented programming languages.
- Maintain technical documentation to assist with maintenance and upgrades.
- Define plans, resource and cost estimates, assigns resources and performs team assignment capacity and planning for work involved in a Project or services.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

- BSc. degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5+ years of Software Development / engineering related work experience.
- Proficient in one or more codes bases (C#,.NET frameworks, Angular, etc.)
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor new and intermediate team members.
- Familiarity with writing and consuming API’s.
