**Position Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue for our e-commerce stores.
- Oversee and provide strategic guidance for search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, to improve visibility and drive qualified traffic to our storefront.
- Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing direction, strategic guidance, and feedback to optimize performance and achieve KPIs within an e-commerce environment.
- Set and manage monthly budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV) to track campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from various sources such as website analytics, customer behavior data, and campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement website optimizations, A/B tests, and other strategies to improve user experience and drive conversions based on data-driven insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing digital marketing performance and driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ecommerce, sales, brand, and product development, to implement marketing initiatives and campaigns based on findings.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and performance-driven campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing SEM and social media advertising campaigns, with demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth.
- Experience in ecommerce within a B2B, B2C, or D2C industries.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
- Experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnel optimization, customer acquisition strategies, and customer journeys.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
**Additional Skills and Experience**:
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and their impact on business objectives.
