**Role Summary**: We're searching for a versatile individual ready to step into varied roles, from cashiering and cooking to key holding and customer engagement. Become an integral part of our close-knit team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build authentic connections with customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Efficiently handle and prepare a diverse range of orders.
- Accurately manage cash transactions and register operations.
- Prepare fresh ingredients, including slicing vegetables and portioning proteins.
- Uphold a clean, inviting, and well-organized restaurant environment.
- Act as a key holder, managing opening and closing procedures.

**What We Expect**:

- Prior experience in a fast-casual restaurant setting.
- A detail-oriented and self-driven mindset, balanced with adept teamwork skills.
- A valid food handler's certificate and an inclination for top-notch customer service.
- Adaptability to flexible schedules, especially during special events.

**Compensation & Perks**:

- Starting at $15.50/hr, complemented by an average potential extra of $2/hr from our tip pool.
