**Responsibilities**:

- Complete title searches and sub-search.
- Reviews deeds, affidavits and agreement of Purchase and Sale.
- Prepares documents according to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
- Manages and prepares important documents for real estate transactions and closings.
- Knowledge of LDD. PC Law, Terraview, Microsoft Word as they relate to real property and the registration of documents.
- Maintaining and organizing files.
- Ordering Title Insurance.
- Prepare reporting letters and accounts to client promptly.
- Following closing files.
- Must have excellent attention to details.
- Able to handle pressure of fast paced environment.
- Able to meet strict deadlines.

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- legal assistant: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Oakville, ON L6M 1L9 (required)
