- About the roleAs ATB's next Intermediate SAP Basis Analyst, the primary focus of this role is to perform day to day technical support for the SAP systems, platforms, and associated services by working directly with required stakeholders. This may require interaction with other internal IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and to provide proper communication for scheduled and unscheduled SAP activities.
- AccountabilitiesAdditional accountabilities include:

- SAP Basis Administration ( operations and projects) of 18+ SAP systems spread across 4-7 landscapes with primary technologies of HANA DB and Suse Linux hosted on premise and on cloud.
- Support SAP system installations, migrations and upgrades as required
- Daily system administration, monitoring and troubleshooting while providing on-call support as per team schedule.
- Participate in DR Test, Maintain technical solutions and runbooks for IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans for all key SAP systems
- Minimize and Rationalize system outages.
- Follow ITSM practices for SAP BASIS operational work
- Maintain BASIS operational and project documentation.
- Participates in both internal and external regulatory/vendor audits.
- Identify and Deliver process improvements and automations.
- Recommends and implements policies and standards and ensures adherence to security procedures.
- Very strong interpersonal skills are your forte, including communication skills (written and oral), listening skills, and ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all ATB Team Members.
- Demonstrate organized, detailed and objective oriented work style.
- Manage your time and learnings effectively and proactively.
- Skills, experience & requirements- 4-5 years of SAP Basis hands on experience including design and operations of high availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Linux based SAP S/4 HANA, Suite on HANA or HANA Database, PI, Portal, Fiori, SAP security concepts and UI technologies. Exposure to SAP Banking solutions ( TRBK, FRDP/FPSL, Payment Central) will be an added advantage.
- 3+ years of SAP BASIS 24x7 operational support experience.
- Exposure to new implementations, upgrades and migrations.
- Nice to have: BTP and other SAP cloud offerings
- Working knowledge of SAP Solution manager and any other monitoring/testing/automation solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Architecture, integrations, monitoring and future roadmap.
- Previous experience working with security on internal and external audits.
- Able to gather and present required data for informed decision making.
- Excellent documentation skills for solution designs, integrations, configurations, procedures and runbooks.
- Strong prioritization, problem solving, technical troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.
- Persuasive, professional communication style. Capable of communicating complex, technical topics to a wide variety of audiences.
