We are looking for a Brand Manager Corn and Soybeans to join our our Agricultural Solutions team in Mississauga, ON.

As a Brand Manager Corn and Soybeans you will be responsible for the Corn and Soybean brand strategy as it relates to the overall crop solution campaign, ensuring the annual product-on-ground (POG) budget/s are achieved as well as managing the associated advertising, sales and promotion (ASP) budget.

**As a Brand Manager Corn and Soybeans, you create chemistry by...**:

- Leading the development of corn and soybean brands by collaborating with the Corn, Soy, and Horticulture Crop Manager, Technical Service, Sales, and Customer Service Team to implement effective campaigns for growers and retailers.
- Developing annual Brand Strategy linked to the Corn and Soy crop solution plan based on grower needs, while managing the POG and ASP budgets for content creation.
- Supporting the Corn, Soy, and Horticulture Crop Manager in managing portfolio profitability through product forecasting, financial planning, and lifecycle management.
- Championing the Corn and Soy brands to ensure consistent positioning across crops by collaborating with Brand Managers and the Corn, Soy, and Horticulture Crop Manager.
- Aligning Corn and Soy brands with the overall crop solution campaign and BASF Canada’s go-to-market strategy, participating in the Product Launch Excellence process, and setting annual financial and accrual budgets.

**If you have...**:

- BSc in Business/Marketing or Agriculture.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and/or a marketing-support role, preferably within the agricultural industry.
- Sound understanding of marketing, sales, and customer relationship management.
- Understanding of growers, distributors, and agronomy for the crop protection industry.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as a proven record of achieving goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, presenting, writing, teamwork, and the ability to lead a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel across Canada.
