We are seeking an Office Administrator for our busy Montreal branch to take care of various office-related activities, supporting both Operations and Accounting, and reporting directly to the local Project Coordinator. Responsibilities for this position include:

- Data entry; updating contractor notes on dispatches
- Providing daily job progress updates for clients
- Ordering equipment and creating invoices
- Prepare purchase orders and manage full P.O. process
- Assist Project Coordinator with misc. administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- High school completion, post-secondary qualification an asset
- A minimum of 2-3 years related experience
- Good English and French - written and spoken.
- Working knowledge of Accounting Software and Microsoft Office suite
- Able to work with mínimal supervision as part of a team or individually
- Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Dependable, good work ethic
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
