Digital Marketing Coordinator

As the person in charge of digital advertising and marketing at Marino's Auto Group, your role involves overseeing and managing various online platforms to promote the dealership and its offerings effectively.
**Job Duties**:
- Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the dealership's goals, target audience, and budget. This includes identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting measurable objectives for each platform.
- Create engaging and relevant content for Marino's Auto Group's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, and YouTube channels. This content could include product showcases, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, promotions, and more.
- Manage all social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the audience. Monitor trends and user feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Foster a sense of community and brand loyalty among followers by creating interactive and personalized experiences. Encourage user-generated content, organize contests or giveaways, and collaborate with influencers or brand advocates.
- Track and analyze key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and TikTok Analytics. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for future optimization.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and product management, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to create high-quality content.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital marketing and automotive industry. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the dealership's online presence and stay ahead of the competition.
- Other duties assigned by General Manager.
- 1-3 Years in a marketing role.
- 1-3 Years of dealership experience.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
- Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
- Loves a fast paced environment.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
