C&M Building Contractors Limited provides 24/7 emergency response in the Insurance Restoration Industry. We provide services for residential, commercial building, and industrial properties.

We are currently recruiting for the position of Project Manager/Estimator. This position is responsible for scoping and estimating projects all while adhering to company specific protocols. He/she must work in conjunction with property owners, adjusters, reviewers and insurance companies. Responsibilities within the position include, but are not limited to:

- Initiate initial customer contact and site inspection.
- Provide an accurate scope of damage and repair estimates.
- Determine and dispatch emergency service.
- Prepare emergency and rebuild estimates according to specific protocols.
- Ensure time lines are met.
- Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect progress and work quality.

The successful applicant will heave the following education and experience:

- Minimum of a college diploma i.e. engineering and construction management or work experience equivalent.
- Construction experience would be considered an asset.
- IICRC Certification would be an asset.
- Valid Driver’s License, as travel throughout western Newfoundland is required.

In addition to qualification noted above the successful applicant will demonstrate his or his ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with all project partners/stakeholders in a professional manner. He/she must have a thorough understanding of building codes and building reconstructions. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as computerized estimating and sketching software is required.
