Havnhom is a one stop destination store for designer furniture, window treatments, rugs, art, lighting, and décor curated by our team of designers. Our team is driven by a passion for designing beautiful spaces for our clients. We are currently looking for talented and hard-working Senior Sales Associate to join our team.

**Position Description**

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is a self-starter with a drive for excellence and enjoys working in furniture/decor retail store. This position is responsible for answering customer questions and selling products to meet their sales goals. The individual will liaise with customers, designers, project managers, vendors, and trades to ensure projects are delivered on time for our clients. The individual must be available to work in the evenings and on the weekends.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work with clients to understand their requirements, source, and propose appropriate products and services for their space.
- Go on home visits to discuss, measure, scope out the requirements.
- Write up proposals/ quotations, pricing,
- Place orders with all vendors and follow up through to delivery, installation, and invoicing.
- Work along side Creative/Business Directors to plan, organize, and prioritize to complete high stake projects according to timelines.
- Inspecting customer orders on arrival to ensure they meet the specifications as originally specified.
- Assist with social media and marketing tools for projects.
- Maintain sample library and assist with showroom displays.
- Assisting directors with other miscellaneous tasks.

**SKILLS**
- Experience in selling high-end furniture and décor products to customers and designers.
- Pursuing or have completed a diploma/degree in interior decorating.
- Experience in working with design tools like Icovia, Autocad, Sketch-up etc to put presentations together.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
- Resourceful and quick learner in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Effective at multitasking and meeting project deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a vehicle for site visits.
- Must be able to lift some weight for moving home decor furniture and accents to help re-decorate the showroom.
- Present a professional work appearance.
