Responsibilities:

- Report to the owner in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Train, and supervise retail staff members
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve sales targets
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities
- Ensure proper pricing and merchandising of products
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Oversee cashiering activities and ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Collaborate with the Store Owner to develop and implement store policies and procedures
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations for retail staff members

**Skills**:

- Proven sales experience with the ability to drive sales growth
- Proficiency in social media and Canva
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide retail staff members
- Organizational skills to manage store operations, inventory, and schedules
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and cashiering tasks
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Sales management skills to set sales targets, analyze performance, and implement strategies for improvement

**Shopify experience an asset**
**Key holder, assistant manager, or management experience required**

As this is a small boutique, you'll generally be working alone. Therefore, it's crucial to be self-motivated, proficient in time management, and capable of multitasking. Above all, reliability is of utmost importance.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50 per hour
