**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Seamless collaboration: Communicate effectively across departments to clarify work order details and maintain streamlined workflows.
- Master of time management: Independently organize tasks and consistently meet deadlines with finesse.
- Precision-driven: Scrutinize work orders meticulously to ensure precision and adherence to traffic & safety standards and customer specifications.
- Digital craftsmanship: Utilize industry-leading software like Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop to craft flawless print-ready art files.
- Quality assurance: Conduct comprehensive checks to guarantee that finished art files meet and exceed customer expectations, including thorough proofreading and spell checking and implementing design principles.
- Operational efficiency: Execute production protocols flawlessly
- Collaborative spirit: Provide support to colleagues and other departments as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and collective success.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Proficiency in computer operations, showcasing your digital prowess.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, demonstrating your efficiency and accuracy.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, showcasing your design finesse.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
- Familiarity with printing processes, enhancing your operational expertise.
- Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving, showcasing your adaptability and resourcefulness.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar role within the traffic and safety industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
